Biography
jam cola is an artist and producer from Boston. He started out making rap beats in his basement in 2020, learning the piano roll and developing his ear for music. He started out making rap songs in 2022, which were all scrapped. He took a break from rap beats and pivoted to alternative r&b and indie pop. This snowballed into writing lyrics for this newly discovered genre of instrumentals. When jam cola recorded his first song, Cry Harder, in 2023, he stuck with the style. Since then, he has been perfecting his craft in production, recording, mixing, and mastering all his own music. He released his debut single, “in the wind,” in late 2024, marking the start of his music career.
